At Grayside, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with the quality you expect. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.



 

1. Order Processing Time



All orders are processed within 2–5 business days

(excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

During high-demand periods (launches, restocks, sales), processing may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 


Grayside is not liable for packages that are:


  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Delayed due to the courier
  • Damaged during transit

If your package arrives damaged:

 


  1. Take photos of the packaging and items
  2. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  3. Email us at gerrad@graysidegear.com— we’ll do our best to assist

Grayside not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
